We got double room with views and really enjoyed it. Location: the hotel was just off the Grand Palace and the famous Street of the Knights and main shops and entrance...

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location couldn't be better, right next to the Palace of the Grand Master in the heart of Rhodes Old Town. I loved being able to wander around the historic streets and visit the nearby museums. Plus, being so close to the beach was a huge bonus. The service at this hotel was top-notch, with room service, car hire, and laundry available. The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room itself was lovely, with all the amenities I needed including a comfortable bed, a balcony, and a mini-bar. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Absolutely marvellous experience!! Strategically situated inside the medieval city of Rhodes, very calm, with a very beautiful and warm oriental decoration. Extremely clean, great breakfast. A huge "thank you" to Georges, who made our stay even more unforgetable by helping, advicing, guiding us (where to go, what to see, where to eat,...) and arranging for us car rental, taxi, etc... We will definitely return, no doubt about it!

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the historic part of the city. It was convenient for exploring the local shops and attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure our needs were taken care of. The room we stayed in had a beautiful view and was tastefully decorated. The breakfast served on the verandah was delicious, with plenty of homemade options to choose from. The hotel also had fast and reliable internet, which was a bonus.
The bathroom could use some updating, as it was starting to show signs of wear and had a few mold spots in the grouting. The lighting in our room was a bit dim, making it feel darker than we would have liked.

Giorgio, at the reception, is simply fantastic. It was my birthday and he took a bottle of champagne (or something like that...) in my room. Breakfast at the hotel is delicious and the position in the heart of medieval town

The staff were outstanding and very welcoming. The breakfast was wonderful and the homemade carrot cake memorable. Our room was very comfortable and the position perfect for visiting the old town and extremely quiet. Some minor decorative attention needed in the bathroom would be my only very small criticism.

The hotel was centrally located to the main shopping precinct. It was peaceful and quiet. Breakfasts and service were great. As it is in the old town, do not expect modern facilities or furnishings.
Price was quite high in comparison to other similar places, however, it was much more spacious. If you can afford it, by all means go for it.
